About Us

“The word ‘female,’ when inserted in front of something, is always with a note of surprise. Female COO, female pilot, female surgeon — as if the gender implies surprise … One day there won’t be female leaders. There will just be leaders.”

- Sheryl Sandberg

Women represent the largest single economic force in the world and are the leading adopters in technology.  Yet, women make up just 11% of the world's cybersecurity workforce, the same rate it was 4 years ago.  Studies have shown that women contribute a unique perspective to problem solving that leads to positive societal impacts. With cyber threats becoming more complex and ubiquitous in this digital age, we must collectively take more action to close the gender gap.
